What You’ll Do

• Send NVDV notices to appropriate unions, record technician hours, and prepare weekly payroll reports
• Review pricing on accounts payable invoices, enter cash receipts, follow up on past due accounts
• Maintain bids in Salesforce, prepare monthly reports, and follow up with Project Manager on bid status
• Perform job costing on all service work orders, organize and maintain test results by project
• Maintain ladder and tool inventory, log all material allocations and returns, assist with setting up parts and purchase orders, schedule service work, and invoice all work orders
  
   

What You Bring

• Experience: 3-5 years in a construction background
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Sage Contractor 100 a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong math ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
