Position Title: Accounts & Customer Support Coordinator

Wage: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Accounts & Customer Support Coordinator position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This position has the opportunity for hire. 

Accounts & Customer Support Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process and pay invoices online, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Assign costs to appropriate projects and maintain organized financial records.
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate necessary documentation.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients and vendors.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Learn and adapt to our system while contributing ideas for efficiency enhancements.

Accounts & Customer Support Coordinator Requirements:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable and online bill payment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of job costing and product allocation.
- Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well with a small team and support multiple office functions.
- Experience with purchasing and procurement preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software is a plus.
