\n What you will be doing at ABC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA / Sr BCBA :
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t - Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
\n\t - Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
\n\t - Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
\n\t - Providing 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
\n\t - Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
\n\t - Leading and educating your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
\n\t - Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
\n\t - Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
\n
\n\n
What you will be doing at ABC as a Clinical Director:
\n\n
\n\t - You will be the clinical counterpart to our Operations Manager in the center, helping lead the team and make important decisions regarding how your center runs
\n\t - You will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload of 3 patients
\n\t - You will be in charge of clinical quality training and compliance at your center, ensuring we are providing TOP notch clinical excellence
\n\t - Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
\n\t - Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
\n\t - Provide 15+ treatment hours per week with your clients
\n\t - Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
\n\t - Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
\n\t - Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
\n
\n\n
What you will bring to ABC:
\n\n
\n\t - Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
\n\t - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA / Senior BCBA
\n\t - Clinical Director candidates must be a certified BCBA for at least 3 years
\n\t - A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
\n
