Business Specialist Assignment: Partner alongside and work directly with a Vice President of a specific function to help drive solutions within the department, while supporting the cross-functional Business Specialist team, including exposure to sales initiatives, data reporting and tracking, budget planning, data/metric score boarding, and process improvement initiatives. Human Resources Assignment: Immerse yourself into our team that revolves around empowering our greatest asset - our people. As a member of the HR team, you will learn and participate in Endress+Hauser programs such as: employee onboarding, talent acquisition, workforce development, performance and development, and Leadership Journey and customer experience initiatives. Marketing Communications Assignment: Join our dynamic Marketing Communications team to help shape our brand narrative and engage our audience. Utilize creativity and writing skills to explore digital marketing and content marketing, and collaborate closely with colleagues for events planning, such as event logistics and vendor management. Enrichment Assignment: Every individual's journey is unique, which is why we offer this optional assignment - a customized opportunity for participants to delve deeper into a specific interest while contributing meaningfully to our organization by providing an opportunity to support other departments (Digital Transformation Solutions, Finance, Procurement, Sales), or work directly with our business partners in a variety of locations.
