Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and helping others improve their financial well-being? We’re looking for a Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team and deliver outstanding support to our members.

As a Call Center Representative , you’ll be the face of our Credit Union over the phone, delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to our members. If you enjoy making a positive impact and want to grow with a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide “one call/no transfer” service to members, assisting with a wide range of Credit Union operations, including loans, accounts, and payments.
• Resolve member inquiries with care and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Use digital tools and services to support members across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that help members improve their financial life.
• Handle after-hours Call Center tickets and follow up with members via phone/email to resolve unresolved requests.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by assisting peers with operational questions.
• Participate in core testing and organizational committees to support the growth and continuous improvement of our Call Center services.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and courteous professional who excels in providing top-notch customer service
• Financial services experience (preferred, but not required) and familiarity with loan and deposit functions
• Strong communication skills—both over the phone and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a focus on efficiency and member satisfaction
• Flexibility to meet work shifts, including occasional Saturdays and overtime
