Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $70,000–$75,000 per year for new drivers, potential to earn up to $125,000 long-term

Overview:

Join our team as a regional CDL-A Driver specializing in no-touch reefer freight. We offer a dedicated route delivering Smithfield Food and Meats, excellent earning potential, and flexibility in parking locations.

Job Highlights:

• No-touch reefer freight.
• Regional routes with 3–5 overnight stays per week.
• Dedicated routes within 250–300 miles of Boonville, MO, covering MO, IA, NE, and KS.
• Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work.
• Trucks are domiciled in Boonville, MO but parking at home is allowed.
• Drive Peterbilt sleepers (1–4 years old) with manual transmissions.
• Competitive pay at 25% of load (equivalent to $0.60–$0.70 cpm).

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 23 years old with 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, drug test, and physical.

Compensation:

• New drivers: $70,000–$75,000 annually.
• Long-term drivers: Up to $125,000 per year.
