Clients reach out for various reasons, including questions, appointment scheduling, assistance with online access, paperwork, and more.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, making outbound calls to schedule portfolio reviews, managing the office calendar, entering data and notes into the CRM, tracking tasks for the firm's executives, and handling client gifts and care packages. This role will provide you with a deep understanding of the company’s operations and the opportunity to expand your expertise into more advanced client service areas as you gain experience.
As a Customer Experience Curator, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients within the financial services industry. This position requires strong communication skills, daily interaction with clients, proficiency in Word and Excel, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. You must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of thinking on your feet.
Training Program:
Every new team member will start at the Front Desk for the first 3 months to learn the company’s operations, ensuring a solid foundation for growth within the firm.
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls, warmly greet clients, assist with paperwork, and provide guidance on client online access.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and delivering timely solutions.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and implementation processes.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilize CRM systems to effectively manage client data and monitor ongoing interactions.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients in accessing websites or documents related to their investments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any needs or concerns.
**Skills:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on fostering positive client relationships.
- Previous experience in hospitality or client services is preferred.
- Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
