This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associates at The RPM Groups located in Canada. The Sales Associate will be responsible for conducting audits of clients' lighting, power factor, HVAC, and generation capabilities to identify savings opportunities. They will work closely with clients to become partners in maximizing energy efficiency and increasing savings. We have put programs and plans in place to provide companies with the best available Energy solutions including LED programs, Energy Audits, Power Factor corrections, solar, HVAC, Cogeneration plants, Battery backups as well as programs for Hydro and Nat Gas. Our sole purpose is to help our partners lower their overall energy costs that have become an overwhelming priority for all businesses especially in the Ontario market.

 

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside/remote sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.

- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for expanding market reach.

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

 

Skills:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Business development acumen with a strategic mindset.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
