Job Title: Compensation Analyst or Total Rewards Analyst

Location: Tylor, TX(Hybrid -once in a month)

Job type: Contract

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Total Rewards programs, compensation administration, and strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring CLIENT’s compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This is a key position that will directly impact the success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Policy and Program Design: Design and implement compensation policies and programs that align with CLIENT's business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmark surveys and market research to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation offerings.
  • Salary Structures and Pay Scales: Develop, manage, and maintain salary structures, job grading, and pay scales that reflect current market conditions and internal equity.
  • Job Classification Evaluation: Evaluate new and existing job classifications to maintain internal consistency and equity across roles, ensuring fair and competitive compensation.
  • Variable Pay and Performance Programs: Evaluate and optimize variable pay programs (incentive plans, bonuses, etc.) to drive performance and reward individual and corporate achievements.
  • Consultation & Advisory: Provide consultation and expert advice to management, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting teams regarding compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions, and offers of employment.
  • Merit Planning & Annual Compensation Process: Support the communication and administration of the company's annual compensation merit planning process and assist with other enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Total Rewards Communication: Collaborate with HRIS staff to provide clear, transparent communication regarding Total Rewards offerings and ensure employees understand the full value of their employment at CLIENT.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular compensation reports and analyses for senior leadership to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Training & Education: Educate and train managers and employees on compensation processes, policies, and programs to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on Total Rewards programs.
  • Proven experience in designing, administering, and analyzing compensation programs, including executive compensation and incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and Total Rewards practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees and leadership.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or other related professional certifications.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Experience with Board of Director Compensation and compensation practices in similar industries or corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance issues related to compensation laws and regulations.
