• Job Summary:*

VCH Finance Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to ensure that our financial operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Officer will develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies while conducting risk assessments to safeguard the company against legal violations and operational risks.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Monitor and assess company operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, including SEC, FINRA, AML, and other applicable financial laws.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks.
• Train employees on regulatory requirements, ethical practices, and company policies.
• Stay up to date with changes in financial laws, regulations, and best practices, advising management on necessary adjustments.
• Investigate and report compliance breaches, recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure proper handling of compliance-related matters.
• Qualifications & Skills:*
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CRCM, CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of financial laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices.
