Job Title: Corporate Paralegal - Full-Time W2 Contractor

Location: Chicago, IL

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dynamic Corporate Paralegal with expertise in M&A and corporate governance. You'll tackle complex legal matters, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth transactions. This role is onsite for the first 90 days, then offers a flexible schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate filings and governance.
• Support M&A transactions with due diligence and document management.
• Maintain corporate records and compliance documents.
• Assist with board and shareholder meetings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in M&A and corporate governance supporting attorneys in a US law firm as a Paralegal.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms, case management software, and MS Office Suite.

Compensation: $30-$44 per hour, depending on experience.
