We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help amplify the stories of our enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll be crafting compelling content that highlights the impact Jasper has on clients’ strategies, workflows, and outcomes. A key aspect of the role will be building relationships with customers and finding creative ways to showcase their stories and insights that resonate with both their needs and our audience.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of Communications and Content and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Develop and manage a robust customer reference database, identifying key enterprise customers whose stories will resonate most with our target audience.
Craft high-quality, engaging customer stories across multiple mediums and channels—such as case studies, thought leadership content, video testimonials, co-branded marketing materials, social media, and PR efforts.
Identify and prepare customers to speak at industry events, hosted events and webinars, and internal meetings, serving as champions of Jasper.
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify high-impact customer stories and align on strategic opportunities to drive adoption and retention.
Track the success of customer marketing efforts, measuring ROI, engagement, and the influence on pipeline and revenue growth.
4+ years of experience in customer marketing.
Proven track record of creating and scaling customer marketing programs focused on enterprise customers.
Strong writing skills with experience creating compelling customer narratives that resonate with enterprise audiences across various mediums.
Expertise in developing video content, PR efforts, and other forms of multimedia storytelling.
Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about AI and telling stories that highlight its transformative impact on businesses.
Experience working in B2B and/or MarTech.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $135,000 - $155,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
