As our Customer Service Representative you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

On a given day, you may:

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
• Research part numbers, pricing, and service availability.
• Enter International and Domestic Customer orders into an ERP system
• Provide a great customer experience for our legacy customers
• Manage excel spreadsheets and data surrounding goals for the team

Requirements for the role

• High School Diploma Required
• Proficient at using excel, word, ppt, and outlook daily for all business transactions
• 2 years' experience working in a Customer Service capacity supporting a manufacturing environment

• You will work 100% onsite
