Data Entry Clerk
Fully in Office Position- Hollywood, FL (Monday-Friday)

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain records of COIs submitted by external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Verify compliance with required insurance types, limits, and endorsements.
• Follow up with external parties for missing, expired, or incomplete COIs.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is current in the organization's COI management platform or Excel tracker.
• Maintain organized digital records in shared drives or document management systems.

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, associates degree preferred.
• Experience with administrative or compliance work, especially data entry or document tracking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or COI tracking software.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
