About Us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our data systems. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing information within our databases and ensuring it is easily accessible to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update existing data as required.
• Verify accuracy of data before inputting it into the system.
• Assist in data cleaning efforts to remove duplicates and errors.
• Generate reports from data for internal stakeholders as requested.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data management software is a plus.
• Excellent typing speed and proficiency with keyboarding.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
