Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Manager

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and elevate how we connect with our audiences. This pivotal role is responsible for executing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and measurable business growth.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with Sonics goals.
  • Manage and optimize multi-platform online campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.
  • Oversee Sonic Healthcare USAs social media presence, driving engagement and expanding our reach.
  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts to improve search performance and increase website traffic.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, translate insights into strategy, and continually refine digital efforts.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the development, content management, and optimization of Sonics websites to ensure a modern, user-friendly experience.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives that build trust and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, industry regulations, and ethical marketing standards.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, digital marketing, IT business or communications preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on all aspects of marketing initiatives, from strategic planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principals, best practices and emerging trends across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency using web analytic tools, content management systems and social media management tools such as WordPress, GA, Hootesuite, Asana, Adobe, Semrush, Hubspot, Drupal, etc.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to parse out data, derive insights and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
