Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our healthcare/pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tagging and taxonomy, and analyzing campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Responsibilities:

· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and conversions.

· Tagging & Taxonomy: Ensure proper tagging and categorization of digital content to enhance tracking and reporting.

· Data Analysis: Analyze digital marketing data, including campaign performance (aggregate & PLD), audience quality, and other relevant metrics to inform strategy and improve results.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and IT, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

· Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations within the healthcare/pharma industry.

· Skills: Proficiency in campaign management, tagging & taxonomy, and digital marketing data analysis.

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, audience quality, and performance data.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

· Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 31 st , 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
