We're looking for a Director of Urban Planning for a world-class developer in Saudi. You should have experience working on megaprojects and have a strong urban planning background for leading urban planning companies worldwide. This individual will provide general leadership, direction, guidance, and management for the urban planning team. Responsibilities include:

1. Manage and direct team members to deliver high-profile projects.
2. Development, planning, implementation, and management of master planning activities across the company.
3. Management of the strategies, programs, decisions, assignments of the urban planning infrastructure using the very latest thinking, innovations, and technologies.
4. Lead the urban planning team to develop and deliver projects on time and to ensure a high quality of deliverables.
5. Report into the Chief Urban Planning Officer and the Executive Directors on the status of ongoing projects and master plans.
6. Set performance objectives of the department and provide necessary support if and when needed.
7. Analyze and recommend policies and procedures with strategic foresight.
8. Propose innovative approaches to complex problems to achieve goals at the fastest possible speed.
9. Initiate programs and strategic plans as needed to enhance the achievement of goals

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors in Urban Planning or Master planning. Previous experience working for well-known, international architectural, landscape, master planning, or urban planning companies. Minimum of 15 years' experience.
