As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events as directed by senior event planners. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual needs. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Help develop event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Support marketing efforts by promoting events through social media and other channels. Assist in maintaining budgets and tracking expenses for events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
