SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our growing team. As an essential part of our events department, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that align with our organizational goals. This position is ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to learn about event management and is excited about working in a fast-paced environment. Job: Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation Support the development of event timelines, budgets, and schedules Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery Help create event marketing materials and promotional content Gather and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required Benefits: Competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience.
