Our Design Experience Lab is crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital and physical environments to deliver valuable solutions. Responsibilities Explore emerging transportation technologies such as autonomy, electrification, IoT, and software-defined vehicles Work cross-functionally with designers and engineers across International using design-thinking methodologies. Wireframe and storyboard narratives and user journeys Rapidly ideate and create concepts across digital and physical mediums Build and craft experiences in various demonstrable levels of fidelity Support software and hardware tech-stack definition to enable desired experience Iterate frequently and often, work well with ambiguity Be comfortable in a constructive critique-based environment Support user testing and data collection using pre-determined protocols Work with team to synthesize research to translate pain points into insights, user needs, and opportunity spaces. Advocate for our users’ needs & prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers Present and demonstrate to executives and larger groups Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree OR At least 2 years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
