A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a setting focused on accessibility, education, and community health.

*What You'll Do: *
* Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
* Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
* Perform minor procedures (I&D, suturing, splinting, wound care)
* Ensure accurate and timely charting to maintain compliance with HIPAA & federal regulations
* Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
* Lead and support clinic staff in delivering excellent patient experiences
* Consult with patients through virtual communication channels
* Implement clinical protocols in alignment with company and supervising physicians' guidelines
*What You'll Need: *
* Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
* Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
* 1–2 years of NP experience preferred in Urgent Care, ER, Trauma, Occupational Medicine, or Family Practice
* Candidates with less than a year of NP experience are encouraged to apply and will receive additional training
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment treating patients across all age groups
* Strong communication and leadership skills to support staff and patient care
* Ability to work independently while adhering to best practices and clinical protocols
* Experience in telehealth is a plus
