Fiberglass Body Repair & Painter – RVs

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Body Repair & Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality body repairs and refinishing work on recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate has experience with fiberglass repair, bodywork, prepping, priming, and painting, as well as a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fiberglass repairs on RV exteriors, including filling cracks, sanding, and reshaping surfaces.
• Prepare RV surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to match existing finishes.
• Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet repair deadlines and production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fiberglass repair and automotive or RV painting.
• Familiarity with painting tools, spray guns, sanding equipment, and safety gear.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair specifications.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching techniques.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment as needed.

Preferred:

Previous experience working with RVs or similar large vehicles.

I-CAR or similar certification (asset but not required).
