Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET-Focused, Mid to Senior Level)

Type: W2 Employment (Part-Time, Hours Vary by Project)

About the Role: We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with senior-level .NET experience and a strong command of both frontend and backend technologies. You’ll work across web and mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations. This is a W2 position with variable hours — ranging from 1–2 hours per week during low volume to 40 hours per week during peak projects. Ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment with a steady flow of technically diverse work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain backend development using .NET (C#)
• Build dynamic user interfaces and features with React.js and React Native
• Create backend APIs and services using Node.js
• Write optimized queries and manage schema in MySQL
• Support and enhance WordPress/PHP websites
• Style and layout UIs using HTML/CSS with a focus on responsive design
• Work with cloud infrastructure, deploying and supporting apps on AWS
• Collaborate with a small internal team and report progress reliably
• Occasionally support integrations using tools like Elastic.io

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience with .NET (C#)
• JavaScript, React.js, React Native, Node.js
• MySQL (optimization, joins, indexing)
• WordPress and PHP (custom plugins/themes)
• HTML/CSS and responsive UI design
• Strong AWS experience, including:
• API Gateway
• Lambda Functions
• EC2 (setup, deployment, SSH access)
• Aurora/RDS (MySQL-based)
• Redshift (data pipelines, query performance)
• Remote tunneling and access management
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative dev workflows

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Elastic.io or other iPaaS tools

Working Terms

• W2 hourly employment

• Flexible workload: 1–2 hours/week up to 40 hours/week depending on project activity

• Remote-first with occasional in-person meetings with clients (must be local to Inland Empire)
