What You'll Leave With Marketable skills in Salesforce, donor engagement, research, major gift administration, and more. Experience working within a best-in-class fundraising system alongside seasoned professionals. Full spectrum exposure to the operations of non-profit fundraising. Real responsibility and projects with tangible deliverables. What You Already Have Results-driven mindset and determination to meet or exceed goals. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the "Why" behind trends. Excellent critical thinking, listening and interpersonal communication skills. Genuine interest in exploring non-profit operations and fundraising. Passion for continued personal/professional development through challenging work.
