We are looking to add a Housekeeping Inspector to our team!

As a Housekeeping Inspector at ROOST Cleveland, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product quality standards are met within the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure hotel brand housekeeping standards are recognized and followed Reports potential safety & security hazards.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including bed-making, vacuuming, and sanitizing, to maintain cleanliness standards. Self-inspect rooms for maintenance issues, missing items, or additional cleaning needs, reporting any concerns as necessary.
• Carry out inspection of rooms and public areas on a regular basis to ensure brand standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure that linen is properly controlled, and the quality of linen laundry service is reviewed daily.

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Good Communication
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
