Job Description

A manufacturing company located in Defiance, OH is seeking a HR Generalist.

Salary range:$55,000~65,000 (Full-time, Exempt) with a competitive Benefit plan

Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour of lunch break.

*Entry-level candidates with a related college education will also be considered, with a salary of $50,000.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
