Job Description

Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team onsite in Dayton. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work overtime hours as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Responsible for maintaining schedule of counts
  • Communicate organizational or technical challenges encountered during counts.
  • Work with warehouse managers on organizational objectives in orders to facilitate count
  • Organize, perform, and oversee count
  • Reconcile counts, system errors, and review discrepancies as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes by analyzing results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to schedule and prepare for bi-annual inventories
  • Responsible for inventory reconciliation process, investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventories, report, and explain discrepancies
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory counts

Salary: $26 - $29/hr
