Although there is a general investment mandate, TFO may also seek to invest in the application of technology solutions (AI, material science, process automation) to industrial manufacturing. • Compile, on quarterly basis, reporting materials for individual companies and, in the aggregate, for the TFO portfolio.
  • Serve as an Investment Committee observer \providing supplementary data and insights from underwriting and monitoring analyses.
  • Work closely with legal and tax professionals to ensure all investments are properly documented with organized record keeping.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical finance skills in modelling cash flows, IRR’s, MOIC, NPV’s, cost of capital, etc.
  • Basic understanding of accounting including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and the interrelationships related thereto
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Curiosity to explore, investigate and challenge business models and financial projections
  • Detail and deadline oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of capital stewardship and risk management
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills

Experience and Qualifications:
