Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Junior Project Engineer to join our team. This full-time, in-office role requires a self-motivated candidate capable of handling assigned tasks with minimal supervision. The position offers hands-on experience under the guidance of professional engineers, focusing on steel, concrete, and foundation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Telecommunication Tower Analyses and Retrofit Designs
• Analyze existing rooftop and ground-mounted equipment platforms
• Design new rooftop and ground-mounted equipment platforms
• Conduct structural surveys and field inspections
• Prepare calculation reports and respond to jurisdictional comments
• Demonstrate basic understanding of electrical and grounding systems
• Draft plans and details using AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Structural steel design knowledge, including loading determination, is required
• Experience with AutoCAD, RISA-3D, and tnxTower is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Completion of the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently

Compensation

To be determined based on experience.
