We are seeking a Lead Specialist, MAST Application Penetration Testing Manager to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction for application penetration testing teams, develop service growth, and manage client engagements; demonstrate technical expertise in manual application penetration testing. Lead client engagements, offering technical leadership and advice on testing and remediation. Promote thought leadership and foster growth and learning among team members. Communicate testing processes and results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, guiding remediation strategies. Collaborate with Cyber teams to develop testing techniques, automation, and marketing collateral; mentor team members and operate as a people leader. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment. Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent experience with application penetration tools (e.g., AppScan, Netsparker, BurpSuite) and reporting to technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CISSP, GWAPT, CREST, OSWE, OSWA are preferred but not required. Experience in mobile application testing, code analysis, or static analysis tools is preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
