Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $18.00/Hour

Shifts: 2nd, 3rd Shift 

Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Perform setup by assuring properly mounted tooling and balancing, proper machine settings and resin, and adjusting and properly maintaining machines and tools per specification sheet
- Anticipate material requirements and notifies designated persons or leaders to minimize production delays
- Follow machine operator procedures as written in machine operator instructions in the Product Summary Report
- Minor adjustments are made to all machines and equipment as necessary. Notify the supervisor if repairs need to be made
- Examine parts for surface cosmetics, proper weights, and defects. etc.
- Use precise measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and pyrometers. etc.

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ale to follow instructions
- Able to do simple math including addition, subtraction, multiplying and dividing
- Organizational and computer skills to perform essential job functions
