This role is dedicated to focused ownership of the production lines and for the performance of frontline employees on production lines to deliver a sustainable skill set and increased performance for Twinsburg manufacturing. The identified candidate will lead RTT (Run To Target) & DMSs (Daily Management Systems) agenda in addition to training & knowledge building of frontline team members, to improve line performance and accelerate people capability building. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting the launch of DVC (Digital Value Chain) for the plant. This includes the implementation and training of all the DVC tools (ZARPAC, paperless, & PowerApps).
Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Sr Associate will be the Lead for their production line and report directly to the Line Owner.
Own the Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL), Defect Handling (DH), and Incident Elimination (IE) DMSs for their focused line.
Lead and execute daily Shift DDS meetings focused on the Equipment Owners (EO), with responsibilities for the effectiveness of DMS execution, loss elimination, and skill development and technical mastery of the Equipment Owners.
Lead the development and execution of training plan for production including:
PBT assessment sign offs
PBT assessment retraining/revaluating, as needed
Development of training materials as needed
Coordinate and sign off on role qualification for production employees
Monitor post training effectiveness/retention through assessments and operator performance
Support the development and execution of DVC with support from DVC sector/vendor teams
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience Required
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 yrs production experience preferred
6 months Team Lead or leadership experience preferred
Demonstrated experience developing methods, procedures, SOP's using appropriate applications
Experience developing training materials for hourly employees preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to deliver developed training material effectively
Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in dealing training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult learning styles
Basic Microsoft and Excel skills preferred

Ability to work in a fact paced, dynamic and rapidly/frequently changing environment
Must be able to work independently and be able to execute under minimal supervision
