Marketing Manager

Summary:

Zadig&Voltaire is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of US marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and wholesale channels. This role is key to driving traffic, sales, and brand awareness through strategic marketing activations, partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented with a strong background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and wholesale channels to support growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead planning and execution of store openings and brand events that drive in-store traffic and elevate brand presence.
  • Oversee event coordination, including collaboration with PR agencies, store teams, and merchandising for product gifting and influencer seeding.
  • Partner with center marketing teams and wholesale accounts to ensure consistent brand representation, asset delivery, and pursuit of new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage brand partnerships, influencer programs, and sponsorships that increase visibility and align with Zadig&Voltaire’s brand identity.
  • Brief, develop, and manage marketing assets including email campaigns, performance marketing, direct mail, and center marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Maintain the US marketing calendar and prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership and field teams, focusing on proactive planning.
  • Oversee graphic design and copywriting support to ensure consistent, on-brand creative execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of executing successful retail and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with event planning, including coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external partners such as PR agencies, shopping center marketing teams, and wholesale accounts.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative eye and understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
  • Preferred experience using email/SMS marketing platforms, Trello, Shopmy, Lift Metrics, Salesforce, Adobe
