Marketing Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
The Marketing Specialist, working with the VP Product Marketing, will execute product marketing activities with the goal of acquiring new members and deepening relationships with existing members. The role will be key in leveraging various marketing and collaboration platform, to drive incremental product volume and manage sales enablement activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SALES ENABLEMENT
Support marketing team and business units to execute various marketing campaigns, assist with branch materials and activate front-line sales. Assist frontline by creating monthly promotional documentation, frontline communications, conducting sales contests, and managing the Marketing Campaigns Content Hub.
MARKETING AUTOMATION
Power user and subject matter expert of the marketing CRM platform
Leverage existing resources to expand marketing automation capabilities and improve efficiencies of direct marketing efforts for assigned lines of business
Conduct A/B testing and report on results to increase conversions
Implement new enhancements of existing automation tools as they become available and stay abreast of industry trends relating to marketing CRM platforms
PRODUCT MARKETING Partner with assigned business units to understand goals and create quarterly campaign calendar
Work with internal and external partners to develop campaign creative briefs
Ensure all campaign creative follows the compliance approval process
Support new product and service launches as needed
Partner with the digital and marketing teams to update product marketing content on the public website. Ensuring product pages are accurate and optimized.
Collaborate with marketing team to drive product rankings and increase SEO score for assigned line of business
REPORTING & CAMPAIGN ATTRIBUTION Partner with AVP, Marketing Insights and Analytics, to develop campaign dashboards for assigned lines of business
Work with business units and marketing teams on campaign attribution
Report on delivery channel effectiveness and response by channel/referral source
Partner with digital agencies to create comprehensive reporting for all digital marketing efforts for assigned lines of business
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Serve on internal project teams, support functional areas within the marketing department, and assist lines of business with new initiatives as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree is required (or equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience).
EXPERIENCE
5+ years' work experience in marketing or similar marketing agency role inclusive of: 2+ years marketing automation experience preferred
2+ years email marketing experience
2+ years digital marketing experience
Financial services marketing, Mortgage or real estate marketing experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: Experience with any email marketing platform and any content management system.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively present information to internal and external partners.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
Solid grasp of social media (appropriate in a professional environment)
Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
