Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow and sustain multiple media verticals.
• Drive audience engagement, brand positioning, and monetization strategies.
• Manage content creation across digital, video, and multimedia platforms.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of editors, reporters, videographers, and digital content creators.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in media, content strategy, or editorial management.
• Strong journalism and digital media background, with expertise in multimedia content production.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Expertise in digital media growth strategies, including audience engagement, SEO, and content distribution.

Salary: $130-150k + performance-based bonuses + benefits
