What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Expert Therapy  – Provide skilled therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions in home and community settings.
  • Comprehensive Evaluations  – Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve meaningful progress.
  • Family-Centered Care  – Educate and support families, empowering them to be active participants in their child’s therapy journey.
  • Thorough Documentation  – Maintain accurate and timely patient records to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborative Approach  – Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate personalized care plans.

Qualifications



For Physical Therapists: 

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active  Texas Physical Therapy License .
  • New graduates are welcome to apply – we provide mentorship and training!
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • PTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.

For Occupational Therapists: 

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active  Texas Occupational Therapy License .
  • New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.

For Speech Therapists: 

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA . * CFYs welcome to apply!
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License .
  • New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
