Position Overview: As the Order Fulfillment Manager at SWCORP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will manage the order processing team and collaborate closely with logistics partners to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and inventory teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders on time.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor a team of order fulfillment specialists, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address order inquiries and resolve shipping issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution of bath products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
