Foster a warm relationship with patients by providing compassionate assessments and care.
Work hand-in-hand with physicians and nurses to design personalized care plans that feel just right.
Carry out medical procedures and diagnostic reviews with kindness and precision.
Act as a friendly guide, clearly explaining treatment options and next steps to patients and their families.
Collaborate eagerly with the hospital team to ensure each patient’s needs are met.
Educate patients on health, wellness, and preventive care in an approachable way.
Participate in continuous learning and quality improvement projects with both enthusiasm and heart.
Must hold a current PA license and demonstrate hospitalist experience with a passion for patient care.
Proficiency in performing thorough assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, empathetic interactions with both patients and team members.

Strong decision-making abilities, prioritizing patient safety and quality care in every scenario.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth to stay updated with evolving medical practices.
Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000. This is an employed position with a very generous compensation package to include competitive salary, incentives, student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, on-site child day care and much more!
