Our client is seeking a Product Designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.
The Benefits Administration Product Designer will be responsible for understanding and enhancing Benefits Administration experiences. This role requires a dedication to improving the health plan experience of the members, empowering them to effortlessly understand and engage with their health plan benefits while driving business objectives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
