Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator will specialize in sales order management for our wholesale activewear business. This position will report to Sales Operations Manager, work with a leading brand, and support Key Accounts as well as Department stores in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders
• Monitor inbound EDI orders
• Enter customer POs for non-EDI customers
• Look up exact style numbers from system
• Iron out any inconsistencies
• Mass upload multiple orders from pdf to SAP
• Track inbound product against open orders and communicate with sales and planning team about delays and shortages
• Work with the warehouse team on prioritizing inbound containers based on need
• Send order recaps to Sales team about fill rates and update the system reflecting the changes
• Manage up front orders
• Work with Sales and Production on making sure items are placed correctly
• Update “Buysheets” with customer PO information
• Make sure dates are aligned so that product arrives from factory before customer’s ship window

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in wholesale
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Strong Excel abilities (ex. PivotTables)
• Excel Power Query is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus

Annual salary range starting at $70,000
