Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Assistant located in Eagle, Idaho.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our sales by managing schedules, keeping client records up to date, and facilitating smooth communication between the sales team and our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent client relationships and high standards of service..
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Call prospective clients, current clients
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist the VP with creating quotes, order processing, Invoicing and tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Zoho / Odoo or other CRM systems
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Skills:
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
- Familiarity with Zoho / Odoo or other CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with the construction industry a plus
