We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Sales Representative for our Southeast Territory in the Manufacturing industry. This role is crucial to driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the insulation, construction, and building materials sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a particular focus on new business development. This is a permanent position that requires up to 50% travel by air and vehicle. Candidates can must live in Atlanta or Charlotte.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation and construction sectors.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Track and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustained growth.
  • Manage designated territories effectively to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the insulation, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a “Hunter-Mindset” with a relentless focus on new business development.
  • Demonstrated ability in pipeline management and lead generation.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% by air and vehicle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
