Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Manager for a nursing job in Lakewood, Colorado.

• Basic Life Support
• Valid Driver License
• Required : 3 Years of Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Experience
• Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Leadership experience HIGHLY PREFERRED 
  
  
  
  This RN Home Health Manager works Monday through Friday with AOC call scheduled. This role offers full benefits at the beginning of the month following 30 days of employment. 

• Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
