As a Recruiter , you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for Loop and our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies that align with organizational needs and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from job description creation to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Post job openings, screen applications, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Advise on offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
• Represent Loop at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment sessions.
• Support other recruiting initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies for varied roles
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
