Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Vice President of Business Development with a strong focus on Real World Evidence (RWE). As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, specifically related to RWE solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting leadership position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Real World Evidence while working with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions.
Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our Real World Evidence solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
