As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take charge of full-cycle recruiting for executive-level professionals, playing a pivotal role in securing top-tier talent for our clients. You’ll also assist with candidate relocation research, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Partner with clients to understand their executive-level staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract executive candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and lead client-candidate interviews, managing feedback and follow-up.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, contract and offer letter drafting, and onboarding support.

Interview Process Support

  • Design and create job descriptions and interview guides tailored to specific roles and organizational needs.
  • Develop candidate scorecards to standardize the evaluation process and ensure objective decision-making.
  • Advise hiring leaders on best practices for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
  • Facilitate debrief sessions with hiring teams to review candidate performance and drive consensus on hiring decisions.

Executive Relocation Assistance

  • Conduct in-depth relocation research to provide candidates with resources on housing, schools, and community amenities.
  • Assist clients and candidates in navigating relocation logistics, ensuring a smooth transition.

Client Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly communicate updates and progress to clients, maintaining transparency throughout the search process.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide a top-tier candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with executive candidates.

HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment data, presenting insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Use data to refine recruitment strategies and improve organizational performance.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, particularly at the executive level (3-5 years is preferable.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Able to tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of clients and candidates.
  • Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or executive search certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with relocation assistance and resources is a plus.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Remote work environment with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
  • While performing duties, the employee may regularly be required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer.
