Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Position / Specialty: PEDS OR RN.
Years of experience REQ: 2 years.
First-timers accepted: Yes.
Weekend REQ: No.
Certs REQ: ACLS, PALS, BLS.
Is on-call REQ? Yes- as needed, 2 hour evenings.
Float: No.
Locals accepted: Y, Rate differential within 50 miles of facility.
Special Requirements: Lexington OR location. Provide sedation for Adult Endoscopy procedures- preferred. Peri-op care in circulating and scrub roles in amb surg setting. (GI, GU, Ortho, Plastics, GEN, Dental, Eyes, Procedural). Scrub exp required. Pediatric exp preferred.

-Scrub and circulate all services (including ortho, GU/urology, dental, GI/endoscopy, ophthalmology, plastics, general, dermatology)
-Epic experience preferred
-Adult GI experience/moderate sedation administration experience preferred (midazolam/fentanyl)
-Potential for floating to other BCH locations
-8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday

Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Magnet, NICU Level III/IV, Trauma Level I.
Total Staffed Beds: 485.
Scrub Color: All units: any solid color; OR- provided; SPT- any color, not provided.
Charting: EPIC.
