Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their travel needs and offer tailored travel solutions. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by building relationships, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through booking and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their travel preferences and requirements.

  • Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and services.

  • Generate sales by recommending and booking travel products that fit clients’ needs and budgets.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and offers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and fulfillment processes.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using booking software and CRM systems.

  • Customer-oriented with a passion for travel and service excellence.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
