Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Used Vehicle Director to join our team at Sheppard Auto Group. The individual will oversee the operations related to the sales, pricing, and inventory management of pre-owned vehicles. This position requires a leader who is passionate about driving success through innovative sales strategies, market trend analysis, team management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the pre-owned vehicle department.
• Manage pricing and inventory, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in sales, pricing, and inventory management.
• Experience developing sales strategies and analyzing market trends.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
• Multi-store management experience is a plus.
